Hey guys-
I'm technically new here but I've looked over your site for a while now. I have a couple of questions... I tried digging through the forums but to no avail 🙁.
1. I have 4 AP classes. I received credit for 3 of them at my university. Do I need a transcript from my high school sent to AMCAS? And do I still need to list the last AP class that I didn't receive credit for, despite the fact that I got a 5 on the exam? My school just doesn't give credit for that exam.
2. I'm almost done with my personal statement. When I finished, I landed exactly on 5300 characters (boo yah! 😀), but do I need to tack a "thanks for reading this" type of thing at the end? I seem to remember someone from Kaplan mentioning this at some point.
3. I have a 38R for my MCAT... my overall GPA is 3.80 but my science is 3.7 thanks to my ridiculous engineering math classes. Will the 3.7 hurt me in applying to top tier schools do you think?? Once again, just curious.
Thanks in advance!!!
Jarrod
