A couple of requests..regarding DO Residencies, and the "match surveys"

What I'd like is links to all the DO residencies that currently exist, as well as some of those surveys I've seen that match a person to the specialty that might fit them best...kind of like a personality survey. If anyone has links to either of these, I'd much appreciate you posting them.
