i'm a dentist from Egypt..i'm 28 yrs old..i'm already finished the diplome of oral surgery from the university here and already attended "implant course" recommended from American dental assosiation..i want to continue my study in USA..through doing the American dental board..i know nothing about it at all...the steps,the rules,where and what to study..where i got the books..what books i get..?? where to pay fees? i hope if i can communicate with any one online who can guide me in this...and waiting for reply...thank you very much..
