im gonna get flamed for this, i dont care- this is a forum for questions to be answered.

Since earning a B.S. is expected for incoming med school students being accepted before they earn it, could the same thing be applied for a class? For example if you had all of the requirements for the classes except ORGO 2 (including MCAT score), is it possible to still apply??

yep. you just need it by matriculation.

This varies by school, but generally they fall into 3 groups:
- Must have all pre-reqs finished by January of matriculation year
- Must have " " " by June of matriculation year
- Must have " " " by matriculation

...I've never heard of a school requiring the completion of all pre-reqs by the time you apply (though a few might exist).

However, some individual medical schools see it to the candidate's advantage to have a BS handy, such as Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
