-I took gen bio 1 and 2, and gen chem 1 at a community college during my senior year of high school. They will accept it right? I shouldn't need to worry right? I did relatively well in them. A-, B, and B+.
-Also, is taking organic chem 1 and 2 during the summer THAT bad. I don't see the issue. If med schools ask, can you just say " I wanted to spend my summer learning and not wasting my time goofing around"?
-Also, is community college transfer GPA look at by med schools? I have a 3.05 gpa from community college(30 credits taking throughout high school).
Race:African American
-Stating race because apparently it has a HUGE part in acceptance to med school.

some schools do not accept CC prereqs, others allow it but prefer university level. I'd take them at your university. You need to know all that material well for the MCAT anyways.

I feel like its not that big of a deal because its only 3 classes. gen bio 1 and 2 and gen chem 1. i took gen chem 2 here at rutgers and got a B+. Its not like i gook gen chem here and got a D.

Emphasis on the fact that some schools *do not* accept community college courses as meeting prerequisites for matriculation. Skipping them in university doesn't really give you any tangible benefit, but re-taking them at Rutgers could help better prepare you for the MCAT and would get you out of any future hot-water relating to prerequisites. Also, taking classes over the summer instead of "goofing around" is a bit of a naive statement, there are plenty of other things that one can do to spend a summer constructively (volunteering, research, etc.), it's not a class vs. nothing dichotomy.

1) they're required. might not seem like a big deal but if a school says no CC for prereqs, they mean it. You will not be able to go there because yours were at CC.
2) you need to know all the same material in these classes for the MCAT in a couple years anyways.
