I was wondering...

1. I was in residency before..6 months IM (left before they could ruin me), and 10 months surgery (2 months medical leave). What advice does anyone have for personal statement content?

2. what time can we send in applications to ERAS on Sept 1st?

3. I took step 3 and didn't pass. Should I include that on my examinations section regardless?

Anyone help with personal statements? I would like someone to read over mine.
