A few quick things re: U Pitt secondary

Hey-

I buckled down and decided to add UPitt to my AMCAS yesterday. I have all of my LORs in order and am almost finished with the essays.

Since I am a little behind, I want to get my file complete ASAP. For those of you who have completed Pitt, could you answer the following questions:

1. Do you submit/pay online or do you send a print out/check?
2. Do they require a picture? If so is it online or do you mail it?
3. Could you tell me the address so I can go ahead and send my LORs today?

I have a question too. For the course requirements part, how do you enter a class that has a lab included? Like for a 4 hour class with both lab and lecture, do you put 3 hours under lecture and 1 hour under lab? Or 4 hours under both?
