Wow, the group that is here today look sharp. It seems like the applicant's keep getting better and better.
I just did a 9:30 interview, and have another one at 2:30.

I sit in on the interviews as the student panel member. Not on all of them, just 2 or 3 each interview day. Several of my classmates also do this. Mostly we're there to answer any questions the interviewees have, but the faculty also asks us for our opinion on them, how we liked their answers to the questions, etc.

The second interview I did today was really fabulous. This person was an excellent candidate.
