I feel like I have so many books for surg: NMS, required text, Essentials, Recall, Pestana review, First Aid, etc.

How in the world do I get through it all , do practice questions, still know everything about my patients, work 12-14 hours a day, take call, read up on surgeries the night before, prep for pimping, review anatomy, learn, study for the shelf. . .HELP! What's the best way to approach it? How do I get myself organized? (which is half the battle I think. . .) :scared:
