Hey. I just started my 3rd year
and was wondering if the "seniors" could recommend a good pathophysiology book. In my med school we study morphopatology(for which I plan on using Little Robbins) and pathophysiology as separate subjects. Are Pathophysiology of Disease An Introduction to Clinical Medicine(Lange) and Cecil Essentials of Medicine any good for a full year course?
Edit: I also will be studying semiology (something that my american colleagues do not). It's basically the study of symptoms and how do interpret them. Is there an american(english) equivalent of this subject and could you suggest any good books for it?
