a last minute application?

People have been known to get into even the top programs literally days before orientation in August. They were probably on the wait-list for a while, but there always seem to be spots open at the end so the stronger your application in terms of grades, MCAT etc, the more likely you'll jump the line so to speak. (And there's quite a line though just from what they told our Tufts SMP class at the beginning) Up to you if you want to fork out application fee for a chance.
Took me a single weekend to decide to apply and get everything out the door to a dozen programs. The letters alas took longer so if you do apply make sure your LoRs are going out tomorrow. Best of luck.

Yeah people have applied in June or July and still gotten in, though they had decent numbers. If you have a good enough gpa and MCAT I'd send my transcripts and LORs tomorrow and then work on the personal statement/application and send it in asap

What schools still have deadlines open this late? Anyone have a quick list? I have a couple of schools that have June1st deadlines but only like 3 and other than those schools I have no idea where to find other schools.

No reason to be rude, Taco Cat. I've also had trouble finding more than a few schools.
For instance, I found barely any MD schools that are still accepting applications. The few schools i've looked at are VCU, LECOM, and PCOM.

This is the post baccalaureate sub forum. There is a sticky full of information of all sorts of post baccalaureate programs by DrMidlife.
We are not talking about MD or DO schools.

And he was talking about post baccs at MD or DO schools, the ones he listed are Post Baccs or SMP's that are still taking applications.

I just thought I would differentiate since it seems the majority of post baccs still accepting applications are DO. Therefore, the DO/MD comment is relevant. I have looked at the sticky, and I'm sure so has he, but that doesn't have everything.

There were many programs still open when the OP posted his question. University of Cincinnati's MS in Physiology just closed online submissions yesterday. EVMS's Medical Masters closes on June 1st. Tufts's MBS closes on July 15th. Temple ACMS closes on May 31st. Rosalind Franklin BMS closes on June 1st.

Clearly, the OP and m1021 have looked at the sticky for SMPs. 🙄
