So, as of now i am between case and detroit. i would be happy at either school. i really liked case, it would be my first choice, however there is a hitch. i have a gf who is interested in PA school, and cleveland does not have one. detroit has 2 of them in the city. now, there is no promise that she will come up to michigan for school, because she is from florida and may get in and go there, but there is a good chance (i believe). but, if i do not stay in detroit, she will not even think of coming north. any ideas on my situation? what would you do if you had this problem? i dont have much more time to decide where to put my deposit down...

I think it really really depends on the seriousness of the relationship....if you know that going to school in the same area means you will without a doubt stay together, then I'd say go to Detroit...however if you're not positive, I'd go where you like the most.....that's my advice as a girl, not a pre dental student haha

If you were truly ambivalent, I would say try to stay close to the girlfriend. That being said, you do seem to have a preference. I think it is important to go to school where you really want to go. There is no way to predict what will happen with that relationship and you don't want to resent her for affecting your decision. If the relationship is meant to be, it will work out wherever you go.

If you are going to make a sacrifice to go to Detroit, then she should do the same by going to Detroit even if she got into a Florida school.

If she isnt willing to make that commitment, then you shouldnt either. In that case, go to CWU.
