A little more insight into the Waiting Game?

So I've had all my schools complete for quite some time now (a month or more), and have interviews for only my state schools (pretty soon after completion), but NOTHING (except for 1 or 2 schools putting me on Hold out of like 12) from the rest. Do I really sit and just chill until around March when the very last interviews will be sent? It just feels weird, since the entire app. process and preparation has been so active, but once you send everything in and are complete, sitting around checking your e-mail everyday and nothing else just seems out of place.

From my experience, it seems in-state schools contact you first, and out-of-state will wait, even if you have similar (or better) standings than the in-staters? How's everything doing on the waiting!

Or you can live in CA and then the state schools don't even treat you like that. But, I am 100% with you no love from schools.

I guess we just have to play this "hurry up and wait" game.

Just wait, I had to wait for 2 months for my second interview invite after my state school invite.

You just have to hang in there!! At least, you got some looks from in-state....could be worse!! 😀
