Hey SDN fam,

I know this is a stressful time for a lot of people so I just wanted to share my story because I figured it might be helpful to others.

Last year I was rejected without interview early on (like august) from one of my top schools and I was super bummed. Then, in March, they called me and asked if I would be interested in doing a Skype interview. I ended up interviewing a couple weeks later and got in a week after that. Never give up hope! The whole dental admissions process can be crazy and super stressful. Try not to worry about things that are out of your control and let the process run it's course.

It was OSU! I was really excited. No special circumstances and it was totally out of the blue. I didn't have any communication with them after they rejected me. I totally would have gone if I hadn't been accepted to my state school.
