It's not the end of the world if you have to retake it.

That being it doesn't sound like you should have to retake it.

Talk to the dean first. Worst comes to worst you have to retake it, big whoop. Timing would be annoying but hey, at least it would be some review for boards.

hmm, so if I'm understanding this correctly, you never went back to do the lecture and retake the quiz that you failed? and you were hoping people will just forget and pull out a passing grade for you because you talked to some dean? are you for real?

1. you deserve to fail

2. you need to follow up on your responsibilities

3. grow up, fight your own battles, stop dragging in people to solve your problems for you. the "professor" was generous enough to let you remediate the quiz that you FAILED, they should not be obligated to let you pass because you "talked" to somebody

You are not understanding it correctly. Read OP's post in its entirety again. The original remediation was a 5 page paper per the syllabus.

I'm not sure why you are so angry and so belittling. Maybe if you spent some time reading instead of just posting whatever you like without reading the OP, you would sound smarter.
