Area of painting = 4X5 = 20 feet squared
Area of frame = [area of frame on the edges] + [corners area]
Area of frame = [0.5(4) + 0.5(4) + 0.5(5) + 0.5(5)] + [ 4(0.5)(0.5)]
Area of frame = 10 squared feet
Total area = 20+10 = 30 squared feet
Percentage area of frame = 10/30 = 33.33%
