Hi fellow members

i hope a member can help to answer my query
as i m really new to MCAT.

Is it true that electronic calculators are not
allowed in the MCAT??

Yes, it's true. No calculators, no watch calculators, no cell phone calculators, no abacuses, no slide rules, no calculating aids of any kind save pencil and scratch paper. Accept this truth, and never take practice MCATs with a calculator.
 
yes its true.

I suggest memorizing the Sin and Cos of 0,90,180,45,30,60.
Also look over your basic logarithm rules.

Most answers won't appear as: a.0.3532 b.0.3551 c.5512 etc. They will be more like a.1/2 b. root2/2 etc. So you'll have to know those angle conversions and some basic log rules to get the answer.

And remember to use your head because lots of variables in physics equations can be eliminated by simply reading the question - thus simplifying your life!
