So I tested on June 17th. 32Q, (10,11,11). My GPA is going to be around 3.5-3.6 BCPM and 3.75 AO.

I plan on applying next cycle and submitting early (June).
By then I will have accumulated:
200+ hours volunteering in an ER
100+ hours of shadowing (Ortho, Primary Care)
I might have one semester+ of research
I will have worked 9+ months as a CNA

I also was a humanitarian aid team leader overseas during the summer where I worked for two months in orphanages and community development in rural areas. I can talk a lot about my experiences.

I guess that everything else will be pretty standard, I think I will end up with an above average PS and decent letters of Rec.

Any ideas on what my play should be? Retake MCAT, Focus on BCPM or work on the resume side of my app? Any big holes or red flags even with the little info I provided? Input would be appreciated.

You forgot to mention your time as a TA, for Teaching. Your clinical experience, shadowing, and nonmedical community service look good. Will you engage in some noncampus, nonmedical community service during the school year also?

Your MCAT is fine. The closer your cGPA is to 3.66 by the time you apply, the better, that being the mean for those accepted.

Two semesters of research would be nice, but don't do it if it would challenge your academic success.

Continue to demonstrate your potential with As in upper-level Bio courses, which will also raise your BCPM.

Don't forget about hobbies, sports, and artistic endeavors which will you make you look interesting and well-rounded.
