Hey guys,
I am reading about how to diffrentiate b/w wenckebach vs mobitz (2:1 AV block). The textbook says this:
Vagal manoeuvres -> increase psymp activity -> inhibit AV node -> a 2:1 AV block wenckebach becomes a 4:3 block meanwhile a mobtiz doesn't change much.
My question is this:
why does increasing parasympathic activity make a wenckebach 2:1 AV block into a 4:3 AV block?
