How many schools do people usually apply to ?

Specifically, with the stats of 22/22/24 and 3.68 / 3.76

how many schools would you apply to with those stats??

I don't want to go to school far away from my home....and so far i end up with 5 schools to apply. however, it seems like very few and i feel very insecure since some ppl apply to like 15 schools.....

If you have a state school or two then i think you'll be OK applying to 5 schools.
