Hey guys,

so I am a Texas resident and I will be applying this coming cycle to Texas schools and a bunch of other out-of-state schools.

I am doing a composite letter because my school offers it and it is highly recommended; however, I learned the other day that the earliest they can send out my composite letter is the end of June?!

I guess that's okay for non-Texas schools since the application opens in early June..but for Texas schools, would this be a problem? I really want to be considered an early applicant for every school that I apply to. Should I apply to Texas schools without the composite letter?

Please let me know what you guys think, thank you!

Oh I have no idea...lol sorry, I think I'm starting to get paranoid

Hi Hong,

Anyways, I think it can cause a problem if you want to be an early applicant. However, ideally it will take time to process which would be around mid July. I think that is okay, but I believe applying earlier, the better.
