Should I take August 26 or Sept?

There is no seat in my area on August 26?

But there are several seats available in Sept?

Yeah somewhat. I still need to take more practice exam.

Well I mean if you stats are good and you applying for medical cycle 2009 and you are ready for the MCAT's take it sept 3. Just know that you will not be late with applications, but just nearing the so called competitive application time. But just have confidence and do well.

I know it will be a hassle to secure a Aug 26 seat.

I don't want to constantly look for a seat opening when I could use that time to study.

No thats fine registering for a august test which 4-7 days ahead of the sept test will by no means hurt you or help you. I say take the Sept 3 test with confidence and use your time right now to fully study. It will be fine no worries, you can do it! Good Luck!
