Hello ..

do you suggest any Anatomy/Phyisology review book that introduce the material
in a way easy to understand and to remember ?

what about this one :
http://www.amazon.com/Anatomy-Physi...6549219?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1187366562&sr=8-5

I want to refresh my mind in both Anatomy/Phyisology before moving to the next year .

Thanks .

Unlike undergrad, in med school anatomy and physiology are generally going to be separate courses. The kind of book you linked to is a waste of time. As the prior poster indicated, the board review type books are about as dumbed down as you want to go, because anything below that simply won't offer enough useful info to be worth the bother.

As noted above, buy Costanzo physiology. For anatomy, the only way to really learn it is through looking at an atlas and doing dissection, and I don't think it is really worth it to look at anything before you start your anatomy course. I bought the anatomy coloring book which was mildly helpful to do before dissections, and looked at clinical anatomy made ridiculously simple for board study although it may have been more useful during/before anatomy. Honestly though you just have to get in there and do it.
