A simple Query - foreign Canada Graduate

Hi,

Can i know if a foreign student doctor who graduated from a Canadian Medical School will be eligible or have the same equality to apply for CaRMS first round? Does he/she require any extra status such as permanent residency?

I believe that the first round of Carms goes to ANY person educated in Canada or the US....pointe finale. Could be wrong tho.

You may need to Canadian or US resident or citizen. Did you check on their website.

Yes you need to at least have landed immigrant status.
