Have you guys heard about this New York dentist named Dr. William Moody? He's a Whiteplains, NY dentist. I don't know where he went for dental school.

But my friend showed me this video of a dentist getting into a fight/altercation with some other people for blocking his driveway.

Kind of old, as this happened in Nov 2007.

But I am wondering if this guy can still practice? Will the ADA take away his license? I heard that this guy has 10 prior arrests! I don't know how the hell he could still be practicing on patients. I would NEVER want this idiot to use a drill on my teeth! Hell no!

The ADA can't take anyone's license away but the NY State Education Dept. can especially if a dentist is convicted of a crime.

Just saw this, he seems like a real shmuck. This guy has been previously arrested and charged with crimes ranging from harrasment and sexual abuse of an employee to assault and battery of his own wife. How he is still practicing amazes me. He ought to have his license revoked. He usually plea bargains and makes deals to get out of his trouble...

Right. After all, only those dentists that were accepted under "AA" are likely to be "violent"/prone to gross errors in judgement.
