Hi everyone,

My school awards 4.3 for A+ instead of 4.0 :D
I got 5 of them, 2 in science classes.

On the DO application, is there no way to indicate a GPA above 4.0?

hi ya Serenade,

thanks for your help.

Now about AP courses. I took these AP courses from a semester-based high school. On my quarter-based college transcript, they are shown as :

Advanced Placement Biology: 10
Advanced Placement: US Gov. & Politics: 5
Advanced Placement: Mathematics AB Subscore: 10
etc...

Are these quarter credits which I must convert to semester credits for the AACOMAS? Or are they semester credits?

You can message AACOMAS on the application website. There's a link in the top right corner called "Support". At the bottom left of the messages box on the next screen you'll see a link which says "Send Message". They're really quick to respond usually and you'll know you can count on their answer being accurate.

Your school will convert your AP scores into whatever system they have (quarter system will be converted to quarter credits, semester system will be converted to semester credits). So whether you had a quarter, semester, or trimester high school they will be recorded as whatever your college does.
