I understand you all familiar with books like "the difference the DO makes".... I highly recommend "Love and Survival" writen by Dr Dean Ornish. (it's on sale at amazon.com for only 1 cent). The movie Patch Adam is also a good source to get more inspiration about the importance of psychological consideration in patient care. Good luck to you all
