Make sure. Totally sure that if you have any transfer credits you submit your credits from your other school to AACPMAS. I didn't know this. Right after I had my transcript from my main school show up on the e apply site, I pressed submit. The next day I got an email from them saying that they needed my transcript from a community college for a three credit pass or fail non science course that I took forever ago (even tho the course was on my main transcript). Immediately after I went to the community college and physically mailed the transcript to make sure it got out that day.

It has been nearly a month since that happened and after many phone conversations with AACPMAS they admitted to me today that they lost the transfer transcript that I physically ensured got put in the mail, making my application still incomplete. Since I have a 3.1 gpa I wanted to make sure that the application got out in November to be more competitive. Now there is no way anything is going to happen until January. All of this because I decided to take World Regional Geography at a community college one summer.

Thanks for the info.

I have a quick ques. How long does it take to show up aacpm gpa after you send transcripts from all the schools?
I have send mine over a week ago n nothing showed up on aacpm application yet?

Thanks

I don't know. Mine is still blank because they lost my transfer transcript. Last Friday I had the community college send it again.

The thing that is even more ironic is that I live fifteen minutes driving from their headquarters but they won't let me hand deliver the transcript in a sealed envelope so I can have my application complete. Rrrrr!

When I submitted, I believe it took about 2 weeks. It depends on how many applicants are ahead of you I think.

Hey

just wondering, Did you report the instuition that you took the class at on your application, or was it a case of them not having the transcript?

I reported it.

Finally got things worked out but it took a month or so.

Could have been the post office or it could have been them who knows. Just make sure if you have any transfer classes to submit them with your original transcript so nothing gets lost!
