Thank you for your honesty. Would you suggest taking some courses this coming school year (potentially as a non-degree seeking student) and take a couple of science courses each semester?
The hard thing is, I am 28 now, married and with a full time job. Taking time to take classes and not work as much can be very difficult.
First off, great job on the DAT. That's going to help you a lot.
I think it will. 3.1 GPA is low but the DAT gives him a chance if he expands his school list. And although the DAT is a 22 overall, he got a 24 on two sections and a 27 on one. No score was below a 19. It's impressive, and as a non-traditional applicant I think it shows that he matured a lot and learned to buckle down after undergrad. I'm not saying he'll definitely get in somewhere, but I wouldn't count him out.A 22 isn't going to help him all that much with the GPA he has...

How much schooling are you thinking?
A year? A whole new program?
I have 110 total science credits from both undergrad and grad combined. So if I take 12 credits each semester next year, I can up my sGPA from 2.98 -> 3.17. Barring in mind I earn straight A's.
Would that be good enough?
Also it doesn't seem the U of MN offers SMP in the sciences, what do you think I should do for classes then?

Add NYU, LECOM, and U$C and Roseman. Decent chances at these schools i feel.
Take off UCSF, Oregon, Washington, and Creighton. You have no chance at such schools.
GL!
