Yeah all of the letters are still there, but somehow for one of my letters it contains two LORs from two different writers that I used. A school had emailed me about it, asking me to fix it, and that is how I found out about it.
I wouldn't worry about it.
AMCAS will fix it, and anyone who looks at the letters will see them all, so you're not missing information.
