AACOMAS Addendums?

Hi SDN Fourms,

I searched through the fourms and could not find a specific answer to my question in terms of AACOMAS so hopefully this wont be redundant:

As of June 1st I will have completed every requirement for medical school except for orgo 2 lab. That means I took, Physics 1&2 lab/lec, bio 1&2 lab/lec, Chem 1 &2 lab/lec, Orgo 1 lab/lec, and Orgo 2 lecture; other BCMP courses and English requirements.

I am registered to take the MCAT July 18th. I will have my application completed so when I get my score back from the MCAT I can submit my AACOMAS. My question is, when I take Orgo 2 lab in the Fall, how do I go about submitting an addendum to AACOMAS? Do I submit it to the school separately? Is my application considered incomplete if I don't have orgo 2 Lab?

I was under the impression that you could take it after you submitted your application, and the only requirement is that it needs to be done before you start med school in Fall 09? Is this true?

If not, I guess I have to take it over the summer in conjunction with MCAT prep; obviously, I would prefer to wait until the fall.

i believe you list courses that are "in progess" or "planning to take" on AACOMAS.

So you should have no problem.
