What exactly do they mean by "approximate contact hours"? I'm adding my BLS CPR certificate in this section, so do I just put down how many hours the class was because I didn't really use my CPR with actual patients.

I believe contact hours = contact hours for certification, so I think you hit the nail right on the head.
