Can the cGPA and sGPA be updated on AACOMAS once the application has already been submitted and verified?

My cGPA is currently 2.99, and it needs to be above a 3.0 before I apply this summer. I am taking a class in the summer that will bump my GPA to a 3.03, but the transcript will not be available until mid-July.

Can I submit all my other transcripts and MCAT and have the application sent to a couple programs, and update the GPA portion of the application before having it sent to the remainder?

I would advise against doing this.

Wait until your new transcript comes in and then submit your application.

I submitted late August and was complete late September.

No, it's not too late. Just try and get it in around late July and early August.
