What is the number to call them? I can't seem to find it anywhere on their website. Apparently, I accidentally posted this in allopathic forum and understandably got no answers.

I submitted my application, but realized only afterwards that I couldn't print out a copy of it after submitting. Apparently, I can't even check out my status because they don't have my email address. Am I screwed?
