I'm trying to put all my courses on the coursework section.

I started my college in Fall 2009-2010 academic year. It was in quarter system.
My school switched to semester system in Fall 2012-2013.

1.How do I list my classes in 2009-2010 academic year (quarter)?
2.Should it be like:
Fall 2009
Winter 2010
Spring 2010?

I am confused about what year I should list each quarter.
3. Do I have to convert the credit to semester system even I list my classes as quarter?
4. How do I list my classes in 2012-2013 year (semester)?
5. Should it be like:
Fall 2012
Spring 2013?

P.S. The transcript list in quarter credit hours in quarter years

Thank you guys!

I think you have a good grasp on how to do it. Your examples are what I would have done.

1-2. Yes
3. Yes, I think so.
4-5. This seems right.

Thank you!!!

Btw, I'm confused about listing planned/in progress courses.
I send my transcript to aacomas in may. My transcript doesn't include the classes in the coming fall.

1. Do I have to list planned/in progress courses for the coming fall semester even though they don't show in the transcript that I sent to aacomas?

2. Do I have to re-send my transcript after I'm done fall 2013 semester to aacomas?

3. What about spring 2014? Do I still have to send my transcript with my grade for spring 2014 to aacomas or to medical school?

1) This may be an issue if it includes a number of pre-reqs, however, I've been told that others have not had an issue with non-prereq planned courses not being on their transcripts.

2) You do if you want to update your GPAs or anything like that. I don't believe you are required to send updated transcripts to AACOMAS, but if it will improve your GPAs its only in your best interest to do so.

3) You do not need to send Spring 2014 grades to AACOMAS. You will absolutely have to send ALL final transcripts to the school that accepts you and you plan to attend. This is required so that they verify successful completion of any degrees and all the pre-req courses.
