I just realized, I shadowed a DO a few times from October to January of last year. Then I planned to visit again, but got caught up with work and couldn't find the time. I shadowed 10+ hrs.

In my application, because I was going to go back this summer, I left open ended and put in approximate 2 hr/ week everytime I went. It was more but on avg thats what it came out to be. I moved to a different state last week, but my application was already submitted.

What should I do now? Should I go back in add the month ending and write total hrs?

I also stopped volunteering at a place in June after my submission. What should I do?

dont worry about it, mention these things in secondaries when they ask about activities.

So I don't need to make changes to the application? Because of this move, I completely left these two activities from my previous application from 2011-2012.

i wouldn't make the changes if you arent verified yet. it will only slow your app down from getting processed.

in the case you are verified, you could make the changes and the updates will be sent to schools whenever AACOMAS sends a round [thursdays i believe it ]... But i'm not sure how closely schools check these 'updated' apps of each student.

Because the shadowing & volunteering as so minimal, I'd just mention them in any secondaries you receive. I don't see how forgetting those 2 activities in your primary could be the difference between an acceptance / no acceptance.

Thank you for your help. I am verified already and have already submitted secondaries. I didn't forget to add them, I forgot to update them and say that as of July 2012 I no longer volunteer there and so on.
