How did you guys enter Number of Weeks? Did you only include the # of weeks you actually worked, or did you include the entire # of weeks from start to end date?
For example, for activity X, if you did one 4-hr shift per month for a year...

The start to end date would reflect the whole time (Ex. Jan - Dec 2014). Which numbers would you use?

a) Avg weekly hours = 4; Number of weeks = 12; which automatically generates Total hours = 48
or
b) Avg weekly hours = 1; Number of weeks = 52; which automatically generates Total hours = 52

The difference in the # of hours doesn't really matter - just using this as an example.

Bump. Any thoughts?

Just estimate to the best of your ability. I tend to go by total amount of hours I've actually done, and how long I've been doing said experience.

It does say average, so if you've taken some gap months, then your average would be lower since the time frame is longer. I would go by total number of hours and how long you've been doing it. You can come up with the average hours per week by division.

I did the number of weeks I actually worked....just seemed more honest. But like mathned said, just estimate to the best of your ability!

I don't want to start another thread for this, but, for the experiences sections, for clubs, do we put "temporary" in the drop down menu in the status selection? Just want to check.

Yeah, i think so. I wouldn't overthink it that much.

I put "part-time" for everything, including my club experience. I wouldn't worry too much about that designation, though.
