The section for EC's on the AACOMAS seems so much shorter than the AMCAS section. I keep going over the character limit. I can't really explain any of the experiences.

Yeah I actually had this problem last year too. I put my "top" 4-5 Ec's there.

Most of the time a secondary would ask for more information.

I had a CV that I included with a lot of my secondary applications..yes totally uncalled for but I figured they would throw it away if they didn't want it.

I also used the same CV for allopathic school cause after i turned in my AMCAS i realized there was bad grammar in the EC sections and you can't go back and fix that.

I used my secondaries to explain what I did during my ECs and I wrote a one page letter and included it with my secondaries.

Sure. Usually if you're seeking a faculty, research, clinical, or scientific position, you will need a "CV" or Curriculum Vita. A CV is a little more formal in format than a resume. They are usually two pages or more, depending on experience. It is a detailed listing that usually includes publications, presentations, professional activities, honors, and additional academic information. Also, there is no objective statement, but format varies.

You can probably do a google search to learn more.

Thanks, I'll plan on expanding on those experiences in my secondaries.
