AACOMAS GPA & Transcript Question

Playing with the idea of sending in my app this weekend. I am taking summer courses. If I get verified before I can send out transcripts of my completed summer courses, AACOMAS will have a sGPA and cGPA set, but once I send it out eventually, do they re-calculate the sGPA and cGPA?
