AACOMAS GPA verification issue

I received a verification email on June 2nd, however, my coursework isn't verified. I also do not have a gpa I contact their online support on Monday and was told they would look into it. Has anyone encountered this before?

Should there be anything under the ver. credits and ver. grade? Also, my application doesn't have a gpa.

On my verified app, "Ver. Credits" and "Ver. Grade" were blank, too. There's no "Calculated GPA" section with a long list of different GPAs?
