AACOMAS Login Not working

I can login to AACOM and my profile fine, but I can't login to AACOMAS (Application Login). I thought my account in AACOM is the same in AACOMAS, but its not working. Is AACOMAS running on a different database? I don't see a "Sign Up" link/button anywhere.

Yes, it's a different database than AACOM. You need to create an account with AACOMAS separately.

I don't think we can sign up for a new account until the app opens. I'm not seeing a link either.
