Does this section include courses taken at another college (besides your undergraduate institution), for summer courses?

Do you fill in those same colleges under "Undergraduate Colleges Attended/Planned"?

And for question #13, is this supposed to be your primary personal statement for medical school? Or is it just a brief summary of your goals, reasons for applying to DO schools, and why you want to be a doctor?

Ok, I called my preprofessional advising office, and to the above questions:

1.) Yes

2.) Yes

3.) Yes, this is the primary personal statement. It's not a brief summary, but should include goals, reasons to go DO, and why you want to be a physician.

You will not be able to do all 3 and write an effective PS. The limit is 3000 characters including spaces. When I made a post on what to write for my PS most of the replies stated I should write why I want to become a physician and save the reasons for choosing DO for secondaries.
