AACOMAS question?

I am filling out the courses section of AACOMAS and I am not sure about how to enter a course that I repeated. Do I list the grade I got the first time or not? The instructions in FAQ contradict the instructions on the form.

Can anybody who has done this help?

You have to put the grade you received the first time. Also, you have to designate "Repeat" for the first time, then "Last Repeat" for the second time.
