Hi guys,

I want to firstly say thank you to everyone who has helped answer my other questions. It was a very nice welcome, and I appreciate it. 🙂

I've hit a couple of standstills on my AACOMAS application (I am not applying this cycle, but 2013 - I am just inputing my information so I can roll it over):

1) Tutoring Class: I was an undergraduate peer science tutor for 2 years at my undergraduate institution. It shows up on my transcript as a class, a P/F class, and I was awarded credit for tutoring. How should I input this on AACOMAS? I am thinking 'Other Non-Science' with Pass/Fail designation, even though I was tutoring Science classes and students? 😕

2) Retake Class: I am re-taking Anatomy and Physiology II at different institution from my undergrad degree. Do I input my original class at my UG as "Retake 01" and then input the class under the other institution as "Last Repeat 01?" Even if they're at different institutions, the original class (Retake 01) is taken out of my sGPA and replaced with Last Repeat 01 (it looks that way, I am just checking)?

Two Terms at Same College: I am taking this repeated course at the same college I took another course at. Do I input the two terms separately (meaning, the college name comes up twice on the 'Colleges and Coursework' section) or should I just put the college down once, and increase the date of attendance to now (note: I am taking A&PII there with a completed BS degree [received in 2011, taking the class now: 2012], whereas the other course there I took as a visiting student, as I was working towards my BS degree [2010])?

Sorry for the headache, guys. 😱

1. What's the name of the class but probably correct with non-science designation

2. Yes your correct class #1- repeat 01 class#2- final repeat doesn't matter that it's at different schools.

3. No idea

This is how it appears on my transcript:

Dept: PDEV
Course: 201B
Title: PEER TUTORING

Thanks for the answer for the other question!

Yea just what you thought

Unless you received a degree from the other institution, I personally would just extend the attendance period to cover the entire period and only enter it once. But that's just my personal opinion, I can't claim to know for 100% certainty.
