AACOMAS reported the same MCAT score twice?..

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else had this problem. My official MCAT scores have been processed by AACOMAS and both scores (I took the exam twice) are recorded. But on the actual screenshots of the confidence interval pages, the same score is reported twice. I was expecting one report to be a 500 and the other to be a 501, but they're both 500. The 501 is recorded in other sections but this one....should I call AACOMAS?

This is the second problem I've had with AACOMAS. It's sad really that an app service as large as AACOMAS can't get it right the first time around. I'm going to let them know that tomorrow during our phone call hahaha
