Are secondary fees waived in addition to the $195 primary fee?

This. Check each school's admissions websites and it should list whether or not they waive the secondary fee. I know some of them come with conditions, such as Nova SE, where if you don't get an II then the secondary fee is not waived (scummy, I know). Or just contact them directly.
