AACOMAS snail mail or e-mail?

Does anyone know how long it takes AACOMAS to actually send your application after it's been verified & GPA calculated? Do they have some type of system--like sent every Friday, or every second Tuesday...?
And please don't tell me that AACOMAS snail mails it...I hope it's some kind of an electronic process. My friend told me that AMCAS schools download apps from the website.

I think they snail mail them.... AMCAS doesn't. AMCAS is completely digitalized. Schools access your E-Application.
