AACOMAS verification question

Hey guys,

I just checked my status and they updated the transcripts section showing that they received my transcript as of Sept. 22nd but the gpa hasn't been calculated. In your experience, do you guys know how much longer after they receive the transcripts do they take to calculate the gpa?

I called AACOMAS and even emailed them to no avail...all i get is voicemail no matter when I call and no one responds to emails.

there's a thread. the average has been 23 days including weekends. i've been waiting a month just to get all my transcripts processed!😡 they do reply to my emails though...

Just wanted to update. Mine took 15 days from the receiving of the last transcript. Oh boy, now the fun begins! 😱

Anyone know how long after your AACOMAS application is mailed (new) until you start getting secondaries?

Particularly AZCOM, Touro NV & CA, & Western

With respects to the verification itself. Did you guys receive an email basically stating that your application was verified and GPA calculated or did you just find out by constantly checking? B/c with regards to the receipt of my transcripts I didn't receive an email and just found it b/c I logged in and checked.

I'm asking b/c checking everyday just stresses me out and reminds me it isn't done yet and I'd rather just get an email saying so like with AMCAS.

lol i like hexanol. by far the greatest. 😀 and i found out because i checked the website and it told me. but definately didnt check everyday. maybe once a week or something. 🙄

My answer is going to bring you some stress cuz yeah, I had to check every day. I would give it 2 weeks and then start checking every other day. Even though your gpa gets calculated it still takes a couple of days for aacomas to mail out the application to the schools. I wish they would convert to electronic downloading like the amcas application. Hang in there!

Today (10/5) it said my last transcript was received on 9/28. So, does that mean my 21-23 day wait began as of 9/28 or as of today? 😕

Mine said it was received on 9/8, so I would count from the date the transcript was in their hands.
