Everytime I try to fill the application out after logging in, the website says that "authentication is required to access this resource" and asks me if I forgot my username or password. It's really frustrating and I have already reset my password twice already. I feel like this sort of thing should not happen with this a website for medical school apps.

Is anyone else having this problem? I have already tried on Chrome and internet explorer and it makes no difference.

Weird. Haven't heard of this issue. Contact client support.

I think I figured out the problem - it doesn't like it when you use the internet from anywhere that's not the United States. Works fine when I VPN through my university.

I have had the same issues and live in the States. The website is just poorly designed and also does not function well on mobile devices or non windows operating systems. I submitted my app a week ago and for many days it said "Application Submitted - Yesterday" under my notifications.

I had a ton of issues with it. The worst was how it slowed down when I was adding in coursework. After I'd put in a few semesters it was like it couldn't handle all the info.

Same exact thing here. It was almost like they slowed it down on purpose so you would want to use their transcript entry service.
