AACOMAS won't let submit app

I'm trying to submit my app but there's no check mark under evaluations. I checked "I don't want to send any evaluations" and it says to contact system administrator. Also, even when I have added all the prereq classes to a DO school, it still doesn't have a green check mark. Please help!

It is still not letting me submit because of no checkmark next to evals. But I thought we did not have to submit evals through the app? Please help someone!
